Samaritan Veteran Navigator Receives National Veterans Honor | New

Kyle Hatch, Veterans Navigator for Samaritan Health Services, was recently announced as the recipient of the GI Jobs 2022 Employee Veteran Leadership Award. This prestigious annual honor is given to employees who are U.S. Army veterans and demonstrate the best qualities of our nation’s military, including leadership, teamwork, discipline, determination, adaptability , a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Hatch was one of 27 winners of this second annual list of GI jobs. He was selected for his positive impact on the organization he works for, as well as the military and veteran community he serves.

“These 27 veterans exemplify the countless veterans taking the technical and soft skills they learned in the military and applying them as civilians,” said GI Jobs editor Dan Fazio. “We are proud to shine the spotlight on another cohort of extraordinary veterans whose success has been noticed by others.”

Veterans advocate for the advancement of fellow veterans within their organizations, mentor other employees, and work to bridge the cultural gap between veterans and non-veterans. They go above and beyond by volunteering their time.

Profiles of the 2022 Employee Veteran Leadership Awards winners will be published in the July issue of GI Jobs, distributed free digitally and in print to transitioning military members, veterans and their families worldwide.
