Socure Appoints Security Veteran Chad Kalmes as Chief Information Security Officer

INCLINE VILLAGE, Nevada–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Socure, the leading provider of digital identity verification and anti-fraud solutions, today announced the hiring of Chad Kalmes as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). In this role, Kalmes will lead Socure’s strategy and operations across security, technology, risk and compliance functions and continue to foster a culture of security and trust across the organization.

Kalmes brings over 20 years of IT and security experience to Socure, holding positions at some of today’s most recognized technology companies. He most recently served as Vice President of Technology and Risk at PagerDuty, after serving as Senior Director of Technology and Applications at Twilio. Kalmes has extensive experience implementing digital roadmaps, defining and executing security strategies, and driving risk management programs that transform businesses. In his previous roles, Chad assisted Twilio and PagerDuty with their IPO readiness and post-IPO SOX compliance programs. He also helped lead PagerDuty’s ongoing efforts with the company’s FedRAMP compliance.
