The Veterans Services Officer acts as an advocate for veterans and their dependents. The agent provides technical assistance and referral service in obtaining a wide range of veterans benefits, such as:

• VA Pensions (PDF)
• Indemnity Dependency and Indemnity
• Funeral benefits
• Claims reopened
• Employment assistance
• Education
• Hospitalization, medical care, counseling and rehabilitation
• Military retirement issues
• Awards and decorations
• Fixed military records
• Referral to aid agencies
• The services of this office are FREE for our customers
Veterans Transportation Service used to transport veterans to area medical facilities can be booked by calling 509-434-7537.
